Felix’s new thing is playing with his jungle activity gym. We call it “parrot punching” because he loves to bat the toucan toy around the best. We’re not sure if he’s made the connection that his hands belong to him quite yet, but he’s getting better at reaching/grabbing stuff.
Listen closely at 0:07 – it sounds like he says “mom” – you heard it here first! haha
It sure is fun to watch how many different emotions a baby can have in the span of a few minutes!

Felix is 3 months old today….AND he slept through the night for the first time last night. We’re so proud of him – what a big boy!
3 months old!
Felix has received lots of lovely knitted and crocheted hats, booties and outfits….but since this is the usual hot Florida summer we’ve been more concerned with keeping him from sweating too much and haven’t had a chance to really use any of them.
We had a nice rainy day today due to the remnants of a tropical storm and it was finally cool enough to slip Felix in the robot snuggle sack and hat his Gma made for him and at least get a picture of him in it before he’s too big to fit in it!
